one of my two favorite projects, Love Supreme was a huge undertaking.
all in all, i had an army following me; models, actors, designers, choreographers, set designers, make-up people.
the best way to sum up the experience: when i needed candles for one of the sequences i mandated that anyone who shows up on my set must bring a handful.
and when we rolled, i had a sea of candles.”
